Get Enactive for Quest

Enactive for Quest captures each attempt on your headset: both cameras, your hands and body, depth and the room. Nothing is recorded until you start a recording, and you can watch it back before it uploads.

Install and pair

  1. Install Enactive for Quest from the Meta Horizon Store. Ask the team that invited you for the store link.

  2. Open it on the headset and allow the permissions it asks for, like the headset cameras and spatial data.

  3. On this site, join a task and choose Pair your headset.

  4. Type the six-character code into the app. The task opens with its steps and example videos.

Before you start

Meta Quest 3 or Quest 3S
Both passthrough cameras, depth and body tracking are used.
Horizon OS v74 or later
Update from the headset's system settings if you're behind.
Hand tracking on
Turn it on in the headset's movement tracking settings.
A room set up for mixed reality
Run space setup where you'll record so walls and furniture are known.
Wi-Fi
Recordings wait on the headset and upload whenever you're connected.
